According to section 2.2.2. in the Guidelines for Grant Applicant, Concept Notes should be sent to GIZ, Participatory Development Programme, 12 El Saleh Ayoub Str., 5^th floor, 11211 Zamalek, Cairo.

“Concept Notes must not be sent by any other means (e.g. by fax or by e-mail) or delivered to other addresses – or they will be rejected”
